Privacy Policy
Anderco Global Loans Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 15, 2026. This notice explains how the Anderco Global Loans platform ("Anderco", "we", "us") handles personal information when you browse the site, create an account, apply for financing, use the dashboard, communicate with support, or receive account and transaction services. Please review it before registering.
Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect your name, username, email address, phone number, country, business type and details, application and requested loan amounts, identity-document type and number, bank or payout details, uploaded supporting documents, account/security logs, support messages, consent records, and application, wallet or transaction status. We do not ask you to send passwords or one-time codes to support.
Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; receive, assess and administer applications; perform identity, business, fraud and eligibility checks; communicate with you; provide wallet or payout functions where enabled; keep financial, audit and security records; respond to complaints; meet legal obligations; and maintain, troubleshoot and protect the platform.
Legal grounds and consent
Where applicable law requires consent, we rely on the consent you give at registration or before a specific check. Other processing may be necessary to provide a service you request, comply with legal duties, prevent fraud, or protect legitimate platform and user interests. You can contact us to ask about withdrawing consent; withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully completed and may mean that a feature or application cannot continue.
Sharing and service providers
We limit access to authorized staff and service providers who need information to support hosting, email, identity checks, payment or payout processing, security and platform operations. A provider receives information only where needed for its function and subject to applicable safeguards. We do not promise approval, financing, or any affiliation with a government or international organization. We do not sell personal information as a business model.
International transfers and security
Information may be processed in countries where our hosting or service providers operate. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures, including access controls and restricted document storage, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should use a unique password and keep their devices secure.
Retention
We retain records for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including application review, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting and legal compliance. Retention periods depend on the record and applicable law. Where information is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to lawful retention requirements and backup cycles.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or a copy of your consent record. To make a privacy request, email SMEloans@andercoglobal.online. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also complain to your relevant data-protection authority.
Cookies and support messaging
The site may use essential cookies or browser storage for login, security, remembering support conversations, and core functions. Visitor chat may process the name, email, message, browser token, IP-related security data, device/browser information and timestamps to deliver and protect the service. You can disable optional browser storage, though some features may not work correctly.
Children and changes
The platform is intended for adults acting for themselves or a business and is not designed for children. We may update this policy; the revised version and effective date will be posted here. Material changes may require renewed consent where law requires it.
