Anderco Global Loans Terms and Conditions

Effective date: July 15, 2026. These terms govern access to the Anderco Global Loans website, account, application, dashboard and related features (the "Platform"). By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or use account-only services.

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate, current and complete information. You must promptly correct material inaccuracies and may submit only documents you are authorized to provide. Do not impersonate another person, falsify records, interfere with the Platform, or use it for unlawful activity.

Application is not approval

Creating an account, completing a calculator, submitting an application, or seeing an indicative amount does not constitute approval, a binding loan offer, a promise to disburse funds, or a guarantee of eligibility. Applications are subject to identity and business verification, affordability and risk review, country availability, funding availability, compliance checks and any further documents reasonably required.

Amounts, fees and repayment

Calculator results and amounts displayed before a written offer are illustrative estimates only. The amount requested may differ from the amount eventually offered or approved. Any actual offer must be provided separately and state the lender of record, principal, currency, interest/APR, all fees, total repayment, schedule, late/default consequences, hardship options, cancellation rights, complaints route and applicable law. Do not rely on a calculator as a credit agreement. No fee or repayment should be charged unless properly disclosed and lawfully authorized.

Third-party services

The Platform may use external providers for hosting, email, identity checks, payment or payout services. Those providers may apply separate terms and privacy notices. Provider availability and acceptance are not guaranteed. We will not represent a transfer as completed until its status is verified through the relevant provider and reconciled appropriately.

Security and account suspension

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict, suspend or close access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate suspected fraud, comply with law, address security risks, or enforce these terms. We may request additional information through secure Platform channels; do not email passwords or one-time codes.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, upload malicious content, scrape or misuse personal data, submit fraudulent applications, or infringe another party's rights. Platform branding, content and software remain owned by their respective rights holders. You receive only a limited, revocable permission to use the Platform for its intended lawful purpose.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the Platform available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, a specific application outcome, or that every feature will be available in every country. To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable consumer or data-protection rights.

Complaints, changes and governing law

For support or complaints, contact SMEloans@andercoglobal.online. These terms may be updated by posting a revised version with an effective date; where legally required, we will seek renewed consent. Applicable law and dispute-resolution provisions must be stated in any final loan agreement and reviewed for the user's country. These website terms do not replace a separately executed credit agreement.
